One scan = one PCAP upload run through the full AEGIS pipeline (6D tensor extraction → TVD-HL-SSM inference → threat report). Your uploaded file is stripped client-side into physics vectors — the raw payload bytes never leave your browser. Each completed inference counts as one scan against your daily limit, regardless of PCAP size (within tier cap). Re-running the same PCAP counts as a new scan.
On Free, extracted 6D tensors (not payload bytes — those never leave your device) contribute to our research corpus by default, with a community opt-in toggle on upload. On Pro, Team, and Enterprise, scans are private by default: tensors are used only for your threat report and are dropped after inference. You can toggle corpus contribution back on per-scan if you want to help train AEGIS — it's always your call. Enterprise customers can also elect strict air-gap mode where no metadata leaves their infrastructure.
Monthly plans bill every 30 days at the standard rate. Annual plans are billed upfront once per year at a ~20% discount — shown as the monthly-equivalent rate in the pricing card. You can pay in USD or MYR; currency is fixed at checkout and doesn't change mid-cycle. Seats on Team plans scale linearly above the 10-included base. Enterprise pricing is custom-quoted based on throughput, deployment model, and SLA.
Yes — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period and drop to Free. Annual plans can be cancelled anytime; you keep Pro/Team features until the yearly term ends, after which the account moves to Free. Downgrades are immediate on request. Scan history is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently purged. Enterprise contracts follow their own negotiated terms.
